Personal Training Packages!

Single Session Personal Training: Whether you are just starting to exercise or are looking for a new routine, working one-on-one with a personal trainer will help you target and achieve your fitness goals! Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will set up an initial consultation with you, then customize your workout to best suit your needs and goals. Create a fitness routine, reduce injury with proper technique and stay motivated with your trainer. A variety of packages are available. Ages 13+
Training with Friends Group Training: Workouts tailored specifically to each group based on personal goals and fitness levels. Every group is led by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who will keep you focused and motivated. Class size range from 2 to 4 participants. With only one person in the group needing to be a YMCA member it is the perfect opportunity to get your friends to come train with you and experience the YMCA culture!  Ages: 15+

Wellness appointments:  They are an integral part of our new membership package, offering two complimentary sessions designed to enhance your fitness journey. These appointments are tailored to help you navigate the wellness center and familiarize yourself with available resources.

During your wellness appointments, you will receive:

  1. Guidance in Navigating the Wellness Center: Our knowledgeable staff will help you understand how to make the most of our facilities, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your environment.
  2. Education in Basic Workouts: We’ll provide you with essential information on effective exercises and techniques, laying a solid foundation for your fitness routine.
  3. Confidence Building in the Weight Room: Our trainers will offer tips and support to boost your confidence when using weight training equipment, ensuring you feel empowered during your workouts.
  4. Accountability Support: We’ll help keep you on track with your fitness goals, offering encouragement and motivation to stay committed to your routine.

These wellness appointments are designed to set you up for success, ensuring you have the knowledge and support needed to thrive in your fitness journey.
