Adult Volleyball
Season: Fall 2025
Divisions:
Spring Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s
Dates/Schedule:
- Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s: Games will begin the week of October 21st. Co-Ed will play Tuesday evenings. Women will play Thursday evenings. Schedules will be posted on October 14th. The team captain will be notified when the schedule is posted. It is the team captain’s responsibility to distribute the schedule to the other members of the team. Any special requests must be submitted by the registration deadline. All schedules will be final once posted. We will take the week of Thanksgiving off of games.
Registration:
- Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s: Registration opens August 1st. Online registration is highly encouraged to help expedite the league management process. Please register your team online if at all possible.
Registration Deadline:
- Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s: October 9th. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Roster Deadline:
- Co-ed 6v6
- Initial roster deadline: Co-Ed: October 21st. Women’s: October 23rd.
- Complete roster deadline: Co-Ed: November 18th. Women’s: November 20th.

Fees / Rosters:
Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s
- $180 per team (10 person roster max)
- Additional $15 per non-member payable at time of registration.
- All fees must be paid at time of registration.
- Captains may add team members to fill their 10 person roster until the conclusion of the regular season as long as an original roster spot is available. In certain cases, injuries may allow a team an addition or drop to fill their roster.

Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.

Players’ names must appear on the roster in order to play. Any player who is not listed on the roster and plays will cause their team to forfeit all offending games.
- Players are not allowed to play on multiple teams in the same division. Teams using non-rostered players will forfeit all offending games.
Competition Format:
Co-ed 6v6 and Women’s
- Recreational and Competitive divisions will be offered to women.
- Co-Ed will play with standard rules.
- Number of games & season format will be determined by the number of registered teams. Generally there will be five weeks of pool play, with one week of single elimination bracket play.
- Referee will be provided by the YMCA.
- Teams will provide scorekeeper.
Game Day Policies:
- Food and drinks are prohibited in the gym. Only bottled water will be allowed.
- Please pick up & dispose of trash properly.
