Spring Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s
Spring Co-Ed 4v4 (2 person scramble)
Dates/Schedule:
  •  Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s: Games will begin the week of March 4th. Co-Ed will play Monday evenings. Women will play Thursday evenings. Schedules will be posted on February 27th. The team captain will be notified when the schedule is posted. It is the team captain’s responsibility to distribute the schedule to the other members of the team. Any special requests must be submitted by the registration deadline. All schedules will be final once posted.
  • Co-Ed 4v4: Games will begin the week of April 22nd. Games will be played on Monday evenings. Schedules will be posted on April 16th. The team captain will be notified when the schedule is posted. It is the team captain’s responsibility to distribute the schedule to the other members of the team. Any game time requests must be submitted by the registration deadline. All schedules will be final once posted.
Registration:
  • Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s: Registration opens December 1st. Online registration is highly encouraged to help expedite the league management process. Please register your team online if at all possible.
  • Co-Ed 4v4: Registration opens March 1st. Online registration is highly encouraged to help expedite the league management process. Please register your team online if at all possible.
Registration Deadline:
  • Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s: Thursday, February 22nd. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Co-Ed 4v4: Monday, April 15th. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Roster Deadline:
  • Co-Ed 6v6:Co-Ed March 4th. Women’s March 7th. Initial rosters must be submitted.
  • Co-Ed 4v4: April 22nd. Initial rosters must be submitted.
Fees / Rosters:

Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s:

  • $175 per team (10 person roster max)
  • Additional $15 per non-member payable at time of registration.
  • All fees must be paid at time of registration.
  • Roster Maximum of 10 players. Captains may add team members to fill their 10 person roster up until tournament play begins as long as an original roster spot is available. In certain cases, injuries may allow a team an addition or drop to fill their roster.
  • Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.
  • Players’ names must appear on the roster in order to play. Any player who is not listed on the roster and plays will cause their team to forfeit all offending games.
  • Players are not allowed to play on multiple teams in the same division. Teams using non-rostered players will forfeit all offending games.

Co-Ed 4v4 

  • $50 per team (2 person roster max, one male and one female).
  • Additional $5 per non-member payable at time of registration.
  • Teams will be allowed 2 substitute players (must indicate substitutes at time of registration).
  • All fees must be paid at time of registration.
  • Roster Maximum of 2 players. Captains may add team members to fill their substitution spots up until the final week of league play as long as an original substitution spot is available. In certain cases, injuries may allow a team an addition or drop to fill their roster.
  • Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.

Competition Format:

Co-Ed 6v6 and Women’s:

  • Number of games & season format will be determined by the number of registered teams. Generally there will be five weeks of pool play, with one week of single elimination bracket play.
  • Referee will be provided by the YMCA.
  • Teams will provide scorekeeper.

Co-Ed 4v4

  • This is a 4-week, round robin league. The team with the most wins at the conclusion of the 4 week league are the champions. This league will feature a continuous mix of different teammates. Teams will consist of two players (one male and one female), or what is appropriate for program to run. Players will play with a new set of two after every game.
  • Winning team will receive a YMCA credit equal to their team registration fee that may be used toward anything YMCA related.
  • Referee will be provided by the YMCA.
  • Teams will provide scorekeeper.
Game Day Policies:
  • Food and drinks are prohibited in the gym. Only bottled water will be allowed.
  • Please pick up & dispose of trash properly.
