Season: Winter 2026
Due to space limitations, we will not be offering Co-ed 4v4 this season.  We look forward to offering Co-ed in the future.  We apologize for any inconvenience this brings.
Dates/Schedule: Season begins on Tuesday, February 17. Men’s League will be played on Tuesday evenings. Schedule will be posted on February 12. It is the team representative’s responsibility to get the schedule to the other members of the team.
Divisions: Men’s 5v5 Full-Court
Registration: Registration opens November 11, 2026. Online registration is highly recommended to expedite the league management process and to avoid data entry errors.
Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted after February 10.
Roster Deadline:
Initial roster deadline: February 17, 2026
Complete roster deadline: March 24th, 2026

Fees / Rosters:
  • $180 per team (10 person roster max)
  • Additional $15 per non-member paid at time of registration. All fees must be paid at time of registration.
  • Roster Maximum of 10 players. Captains may add team members to fill their 10 person roster until the conclusion of the regular season as long as an original roster spot is available. In certain cases, injuries may allow a team an addition or drop to fill their roster. 
  • Each participant must be at least 16 years of age or older in order to participate.
  • Players’ names must appear on the roster in order to play. any player who is not listed on the roster and plays will cause their team to forfeit all offending games.
  • Players are not allowed to play on multiple teams in the same division. Teams using non-rostered players will forfeit all offending games.
Competition Format:
  • Format will be determined by number of teams registered. Generally, teams will play approximately six-seven total games each.
  • Season record ties will be decided by: 1) Head to Head  2) Head to Head Point Differential 3) Average Point Differential
  • Championship t-shirts to the winning team.
  • Scorekeepers will not be provided by the YMCA.  Each team must provide a scorekeeper. One team is responsible for operating the scoreboard and one team is responsible for the scorebook.
  • YMCA will provide a referee for Men’s League.

Game Day Policies:

  • Food and drinks are prohibited in the gym. Only bottled water will be allowed.
  • Please pick up & dispose of trash properly.
