Lets Celebrate!

Celebrate your birthday, graduation, or special occasion at the McCook YMCA! With a year-round pool and party room the Y has everything you need to make your special occasion amazing. 

If you are unsure of the amount of people attending your event, select 10 or under and we will finalize payment the day of the party.

• Reservation must be received and approved at least 48 hours prior to the party.
• Guests attending do not need to be members.
• Party reservation includes Multi-Purpose Room rental with use of tables and chairs.
• Pool during scheduled recreational swim time.
• Not included: Food or drink, paper products, decorations, utensils, and clean-up. If extra tables are needed, please ask a YMCA staff member.
• No alcohol will be permitted.
• No tacks, nails, staples, wire or other penetrating devices shall be attached to the walls, floors, windows, light fixtures, ceiling, or doors. (Tape is permitted for use). No glitter is permitted (fee of $150, if glitter is used).
• All decorations brought into the facility must be removed or thrown away. YMCA staff will clean the floors and put all chairs and tables back into their proper location.
• No food or drink is allowed in the pool area except for water.
• Be aware that if lightning is within 10 miles of the YMCA we are required to close the pool for 30 minutes after the last strike.
• $25 deposit required upon booking.
