For our older tumblers, this class challenges children with more advanced techniques, promoting higher skill development and athleticism in a fun and encouraging setting.

Please keep in mind this class is only available to 10 students each month, advanced registration is encouraged. You may hold your child(ren)’s spot for the months you wish to attend with a $10 deposit per child, per month. All remaining class fees are due a week prior to the first class of the month. The deposit for advance registration is non-refundable if notice is not made within 14 days of the class start date. If notice is made within 14 days a credit will be issued to your YMCA account to be used on future programs.

We will have a waitlist for this class if it becomes full. The waitlist is on a first come first serve basis and we will notify you promptly if a spot becomes available.

Jumping Beans Tumbling Team (Thursdays 4:30-5:45pm)

Our tumbling coaches will spend the next several months preparing the students to compete in the “Creative Movement Gymnastics Invitational” held in Atwood, KS. Students practice and memorize their routines in class. Other competitors will also be doing the same memorized routine as our students. The competition requires one routine to memorize, and they have a choice to do 2 optional routines.

All programs start the week of Sept 9th and classes are offered through the end of April. Registration for classes is available by the month. Space is limited, so advanced registration is encouraged. The Competition:

The competition will be held in late March or Early April, the official date will be released in January. To be eligible for the competition and to be a part of the Jumping Beans Team participants must be registered no later than January in the team program and is required to register for every following month leading up to the competition.

The expected time for the competition is 9am and registration will begin at 7:45. Exact details will be given the closer the competition gets.

Additional Fee’s:

The entry fee for the competition is based on the number of events signed up for, total registration will be less than $40.

Each student will be required to order a shirt for the competition, the shirt will be less than $20 and parents will have the option to order as well. An order form will be sent home in January.
