Turkey Bootcamp

The turkey bootcamp consists of four exercises being: squat, push ups, lunges, and dips.

There are two categories for this fitness challenge: giving or thankful

For the thankful category you take the date and do that number per exercise for example on the 5th of November you’ll do five squats, five push up,  five set of lunges, and five dips.

For the giving category; you take the date and multiply it by 2 for each exercise for example on the 5th of November you’ll do ten squats, ten push ups, ten set of lunges, and ten dips.

Rules and Regulations

Each exercise are allowed variations and all can be done assisted and weightless if you wish to do weighted variations also allowed if you wish to push yourself a little more! None of the reps must be consecutive, they just have to be done before you leave the YMCA that day.

On the first day of the challenge you must obtain a punch card from the front desk. The front desk clerk will punch your card each day you come to the YMCA (only once a day).  If you complete 15 out of 21 days turn in your card and you will be entered to win a free thanksgiving dinner.

To participate in the challenge it cost $10 to enter
